Order Changes/Cancellations:
All cancellations and changes within an order must be done within 24 hours of placing your order. After that timeframe, we're no longer able to cancel or change your order. This is because we work quickly to get your order into a batch for our seamstresses and get them cut for production. This helps us be more efficient and produce less waste with our products. Also beaucause we usaly ship the product withing 24h.
Shipping:
Furrypetlounge ships worldwide with free shipping on all orders. Once an order has been shipped, Furrypetlounge is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages caused by the carrier. Shipping times may vary depending on the destination.
International Orders: All international orders are shipped with free worldwide shipping and include standard tracking when available. Orders usually arrive within 1–3 weeks, however international deliveries may take longer in some cases depending on the country and local postal services. Please note that tracking updates may be limited once a package leaves the country of origin.
Please be aware of your country’s customs regulations. Any customs duties, taxes, or VAT required by your government are the responsibility of the customer. In compliance with the law, the full value of the order will be declared on the customs form. Furrypetlounge is not responsible for customs charges or delays related to customs processing.
Returns & Exchanges:
Because our products are handmade by our seamstresses or local manufacturers, returns and refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
If approved, the buyer is responsible for return shipping and any production or inventory fees. Items must be brand new to be eligible.
Please include photos or videos showing the issue before requesting a refund. Always supervise your dog when using the product.

Warranty:
We are not responsible for replacing any items that have been chewed or destroyed. If the product has proven to be defective, please contact us for a replacement and provide a photo of the defective product.
